I work with women at all stages in their lives. — Audrianna Gurr, Licensed Professional Counselor in Portland, OR

I help individuals navigate anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions, recognizing how systemic and historical factors shape their experiences. From societal expectations of caregiving to workplace inequities, marginalized genders often face unique pressures. Generations of gender norms, discrimination, and limited access to resources have contributed to patterns of perfectionism, burnout, and self-sacrifice. I process these challenges, set boundaries, and reclaim power.

— Lauren Martinez, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

During my time in the hospital, I witnessed women experiencing a wide variety of challenges from complication due to child birth, miscarriages, female related cancers, complex medical concerns, and mental health issues. I took part in advocating for women in a predominately male dominated hospital system that sometimes wasn't the most empathetic to women related concerns. In my work with women, I hope to provide a professional and personal perspective in helping you heal, understand, and grow.

Courtney is pro-women and a strong-willed feminist. Women experience this world in unique ways and honoring those experiences as not only authentic but truly valid, is vital to our success. Cultural oppression may have painted women as weak but this message is fueled by the fear of women's true power. Self-realization and self-love are the tools women need to escape the confinement of projected ideals of women.

— Courtney Garner, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Reproductive health issues can feel incredibly isolating. We can get stuck in the unhelpful comparisons to others, feel trapped in the stigma that comes from societal expectations, and may want to scream at how many years it can take to diagnose or understand complex reproductive health conditions. If you have a uterus, you know how much it can affect your day to day life. From my experiences of endometriosis and ovarian cysts, I know about chronic pain and the mental health effects of the menstrual cycle. As if internal physical concerns weren't enough, being socialized as a girl teaches you to put others needs (and wants!) before your own, have permeable boundaries, or that you can rest when all the work is done. Let's unpack this and take down the patriarchy!

— Sidrah Khan, Licensed Professional Counselor in Austin, TX
