This free virtual support group is designed to address the grief associated with receiving a late diagnosis of neurodivergence, missed milestones, and other experiences that may leave individuals feeling left behind. The group is open to neurodivergent individuals, their families, and partners. Together, we will explore the grief process, develop coping strategies, build skills, and create a supportive space to share experiences.

Intergenerational Trauma Healing Intensive
