Your anxiety won’t go away, no matter what you’ve tried. The grief in your heart is heavy, and you are scared it will weigh down the people around you, too. The trauma from your childhood keeps coming up, no matter how much you try to push it down, and it affects your intimate relationships. You struggle to fall asleep at night, and then struggle to wake up in the morning. Your neck and back are in constant pain from the tension, and you might even experience migraines or digestive issues.

I use a holistic approach to help you see the patterns that are holding you back and get to the root of the issues. This work is deep and can be challenging, but it also means that you won’t sit in therapy for years, talking about the same things over and over again without seeing change.
