Anxiety is like an unwelcome house guest who wears you down and never leaves. Through our work together, you'll develop a holistic set of tools that will allow you to be able to address and soothe your anxiety in ways that take into account your mind, heart, body, and soul. With your anxiety settled, there becomes more space for the feelings that you want like joy, ease, connectivity, and wisdom to guide you forward.

We live in a culture that doesn't know how to handle grief. We get very few tools from society, community, and our families that help us to process it when it inevitably arrives on the doorstep. Grief plays a role in the human experience, and to turn our backs on it would be to rob us of, in part, what it means to be human. Through our work together, you will gain tools and practices to help you tend your grief in ways that will open you up to new pathways of joy and meaning.

I earned a Master's degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. This field of psychology delves into the unconscious mind to uncover the root causes of psychological distress. Essential techniques in depth psychology include shadow work, dream analysis, and exploration of early childhood experiences. By exploring the deeper layers of the psyche, practitioners aim to integrate unresolved emotional issues and promote personal growth and healing.

Internal Family Systems Therapy is a foundational aspect of work. IFS is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as a family system of interrelated parts, each with unique perspectives and roles. IFS helps clients identify and understand these different parts, which supports a feeling of integration and coherence in our lived experiences. By addressing the underlying conflicts and traumas that may be affecting these parts, IFS aims to promote healing, self-compassion, and personal growth.
