I will further help you build the skills and confidence to have partner conversations with clarity and compassion. Whether it’s understanding attachment styles, managing difficult emotions, or practicing what to say, we’ll work together so you can approach this transition into CNM with intention, respect, and a strong foundation for deeper connection.
