About My Clients

You’re overwhelmed, self-aware, and stuck in patterns you don’t totally understand — in relationships, with your emotions, or the way you talk to yourself. I work best with teens and twenty-somethings navigating anxiety, low self-worth, perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity questions, and relational dynamics that aren’t working anymore.

My Background and Approach

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in both private practice and residential treatment. I specialize in anxiety, perfectionism, low self-worth, identity exploration, attachment wounds, and relational dynamics — especially with parents, partners, and friends. My style is warm, direct, playful, and deeply collaborative. I blend relational and psychodynamic work with CBT, DBT, and somatic tools to help clients build insight and actually create change — not just talk about it. I work especially well with teens and twenty-somethings who feel emotionally overwhelmed, checked out, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite name. I also support clients stepping down from higher levels of care and wanting to continue the work in a way that feels grounded, honest, and real.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
