About My Clients
I help my clients navigate the therapy process in a caring way that sets them on a path towards self discovery, by building a collaborative relationship that instills hope and empowers them in their process. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, grief, and relationship issues. I also specialize in working with couples and families assisting them to cultivate and improve communication and healthy interpersonal relationships.
My Background and Approach
Kimberly Hegg is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (118058). She earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Kimberly believes that therapy is a journey for self discovery, and she has confidence that building a collaborative relationship with her clients instills hope and empowers them in their process. Kimberly has experience working with individuals, couples and families struggling with various issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, and communication. Some of her graduate training includes providing therapy at a community based mental health clinic, as well as, an inpatient substance abuse clinic. Kimberly is experienced in utilizing evidence based interventions, for both individuals and couples.

My practice is a safe space for LGBTQ+, all races, creeds, and ethnicities. All are welcome and fully supported.
