About My Clients

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected? Struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural identity, or a work-related injury can leave you lost and unsure of how to move forward. You want to feel confident, aligned with your values, and connected in your relationships—but right now, it feels out of reach. As an integrative psychiatrist, I offer a comprehensive approach to help you gain clarity, restore balance, and build a meaningful life. You don’t have to do this alone.

My Background and Approach

Clients come to me for a space where they feel understood and challenged to grow. I specialize in CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and ISTDP to support depression, anxiety, trauma, and cultural identity. I also integrate holistic approaches, including nutraceuticals and genetic/nutritional testing, to personalize care and build resilience. This work is personal to me. My experiences with loss, trauma, and navigating cultural barriers in mental health care have shaped my commitment to bridging these gaps with compassion. I trained at UC Davis and Providence Sacred Heart, with further specialization at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. All services are offered exclusively through telehealth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My interest in workers’ compensation psychiatry is personal. Years ago, my mother experienced a serious work-related injury. Although she received medical coverage through workers’ compensation—including surgeries, medications, and other treatments—she continued to live with chronic pain. Over time, this affected her emotional well-being and quality of life. Seeing her navigate that journey helped me understand how much mental health can be impacted by physical injuries and sudden life changes. It’s what motivates me to support individuals facing similar challenges—people who are trying to adjust, cope, and move forward after an unexpected injury changes the way they live and work.
