My Background and Approach
I am a therapist specializing in OCD, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, men’s issues, and spirituality. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. My Three-Phase Approach to Healing: Stabilize, Learn, Grow Stabilize – The first step in therapy is creating a sense of safety and stability, helping clients return to baseline so they can engage in deeper work. Learn – We explore what’s keeping you stuck—whether it’s past trauma, family dynamics, or negative thought patterns—to build self-awareness and insight. Grow – This is where transformation happens. I am Christian and my faith is foundational in my life and practice. What this means is that I believe all people are created equal and should receive the same care no matter who they are or where they come from. I believe in every persons dignity and ability to grow and change.
