I enjoy working with clients on issues related to ADHD and autism, life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, and gender/sexuality. I know that every person has their own purpose for seeking therapy and that treatment isn’t “one size fits all.” I believe that all factors in human existence — personal, environmental, and cultural — play a role in treatment. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you reconnect with what matters most to you. I focus less on trying to "get rid of" difficult thoughts or emotions, and more on creating space for them—while also supporting you in making choices that move you toward the kind of life you want. Together, we’ll work on building insight, self-compassion, and flexibility, so you can navigate challenges with more clarity and intention.
