I work with adolescents and adults. I’m affirming of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures. My approach is collaborative and flexible. We’ll work together to help you articulate your needs and craft a plan for meeting them. I’ll provide practical tools for immediate relief and help you gain insight to support lasting change.
How I Can Help You
*Trauma / PTSD: Whether you’re afraid to drive again after a car accident or you’re learning to love yourself after years of abuse, I’d like to help you soothe your hyper-sensitized system and leave the past where it belongs. You cannot undo what happened, but you can have a different life now. I am fully trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I have some training in Religious Trauma and am developing my expertise in this area. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Anxiety: If everything seems so high-stakes that you’re terrified of messing up, if you can’t stop worrying about all of the awful things in the world, I’d like to help you face those fears and find peace. I have some training in OCD and am developing my expertise in this area.
