With years of experience as a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight of experienced trauma. My training in mind-body approaches (EMDR, somatic and parts work) allows me to offer more than just talk therapy—I help clients reconnect with themselves, break free from generational patterns, and build resilience. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming stress, people-pleasing, or the desire to respond to life instead of react, I provide a compassionate, collaborative space to support your growth. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a parent, partner, and bi-racial individual with Mexican and White heritage, my lived experience has shaped my understanding of identity, culture, and belonging. Growing up immersed in Chicano culture, I understand the challenges of navigating non-dominant identities while embracing the many facets of who we are. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space where all identities are seen, honored, and respected.
