Life can feel overwhelming when you're weighed down by unresolved trauma, relentless anxiety, or the pain of grief. You might find yourself stuck in ruminations that keep you from moving forward—whether you're a high achiever or someone just launching - mental health issues hold us back from reaching our full potential. Navigating a painful breakup or struggling with people-pleasing, humans can find themselves in patterns they can’t seem to break. But great therapy is transformational.
My Background and Approach
In my work, I draw from powerful therapeutic approaches like Attachement-Focused EMDR, Gottman Method, CBT & IFS-informed therapy to help you gain insight, heal deep wounds, & reshape negative thought patterns. I believe therapy is a space for serious growth, but that doesn’t mean it has to be all serious. Humor & warmth are essential parts of the process as well!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
A deep sense of purpose guides my work. It's an honor to be a therapist. My work is both a calling and a passion. Outside of work, I love to travel (Joshua Tree is my favorite weekend away), read about spirituality, psychedelics and consciousness, enjoy comedy in all forms, and spend time with my family, including my dog, Gizmo.
