About My Clients
My clients often feel stuck—disconnected from themselves, burned out, or caught in loops they can’t seem to shift. I support people navigating trauma, anxiety, identity questions, or major life transitions. Whether you're coping with a loud inner critic, emotional exhaustion, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, I help you untangle what’s keeping you stuck and reconnect with what matters.
My Background and Approach
With a decade of clinical experience, I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, identity shifts, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I’m trained in EMDR, ACT, CFT, and mindfulness-based approaches, and I tailor therapy to the unique patterns and stories you bring into the room. My training at Stanford, the VA Medical System, and as Director of a trauma and resilience program shaped my integrative approach—balancing evidence-based structure with deep compassion and creativity. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively, at your pace, blending practical tools with space for reflection, curiosity, and growth. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, your values, and your sense of possibility.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I was drawn to therapy through my deep curiosity about people, stories, and the complexity of being human. I believe we’re all shaped by the experiences, beliefs, and nervous system responses we carry—and that healing involves both understanding and embodied change. I bring warmth, humor, and presence into our work, along with the belief that it’s never too late to rewrite the stories we tell ourselves. I’ve also spent years as a therapy client myself, and that lived experience shapes how I show up: as a real person, not just a clinician. Outside of work, I’m a plant enthusiast who dreams of one day doing therapy in a greenhouse. I also love big ideas, tiny notebooks, and anything that helps people feel more alive and less alone.
