About My Clients
I work with people struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, and depression. Neurodiversities, high-sensitivities, and experiences of trauma can make life in our society overwhelming and being a creative person means seeing the world in an open and vulnerable way.
My Background and Approach
Bringing compassion, curiosity, and 50+ years of life experience to my role as therapist is integral to my work. I integrate a humanistic approach with psychodynamic, strength-based, and trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral therapy, in addition to somatic, parts and Internal Family Systems work, and mindfulness techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My clinical interests include life transitions, anxiety, stress-management, depression, grief and loss, fertility issues, relationships, and parenthood. I love seeing people get better and for life to become more easeful. Together we will work toward the goals of connection, stability and success.
