I know that seeking therapy is a brave step when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or are suffering. I am here to provide a safe, nurturing space where you can explore, heal and grow. I work with individuals, couples, preteen-teens, and families. I use a psychodynamic base and inner weave EMDR and somatic therapies. As well as offer guidance for parenting and caregiving, particularly for families impacted by dementia and Alzheimer’s.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Drawing from both personal experience and a passion for mind-body healing, I understand how thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are intricately connected. I know the past can get in the way of living fully in the present. I am honored and committed to help you navigate through that process. My career in creative operations within the advertising and architecture industries has equipped me with a unique, blended systems perspective that I bring to my therapy practice. This experience enhances my ability to approach each client’s needs with structure, creativity and empathy. I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology here in California. Where my practicum was with those living with neurocognitive disorders like dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our memories are such a core component of our identities. I am interested in how the brain and nervous system work and relate to human behavior. I’ve committed myself to learning more to help others.
