About My Clients
Life can feel heavy at times—especially when you're navigating relationship struggles, a recent ADHD diagnosis, or simply trying to feel like yourself again. You may be wondering how things got so disconnected, or how to manage the overwhelm in daily life. That’s where I come in.
My Background and Approach
Hi, I’m Shannon, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and EFT-trained clinician in Chandler, AZ. I help individuals, couples, and families build stronger connections, process hard emotions, and move toward healing—without judgment or pressure. Whether you're navigating the ups and downs of ADHD, working through relationship distress, or just feeling emotionally stuck, therapy is a space where you can be seen, known, and deeply supported. I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where you don’t have to pretend everything’s fine. We’ll work together to understand the patterns holding you back and create space for deeper connection—with yourself and others. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Your story matters, and your goals shape our work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
-Everyone deserves to feel seen, known, and loved just as they are. Healing begins when we feel truly understood and accepted in a safe, nonjudgmental space. -Relationships are central to well-being. -Emotions are important messengers. We need to tune into them and listen, rather than shove them to the side. -Every person’s story matters. Your story matters. -ADHD and neurodiversity deserve compassionate, informed support. Not everyone understands an ADHD mind. Let's understand your unique approach to the world without judgment. -Therapy should be relational, not clinical. You are unique. Let's treat you as such.
