About My Clients

Do you feel misunderstood in relationships and therapy spaces? My practice is a sanctuary for those navigating complex intersectional identities. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ couples, and BIPOC clients experiencing microaggressions. If you're seeking care that honors your cultural background, neurotype, gender expression, and authentic relationship patterns rather than trying to 'fix' you, you've found a compassionate guide.

My Background and Approach

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Women & Gender Studies and Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy from California State University, Fullerton, completing my practicum at Orange Coast College Student Health Center. I provide trauma-informed therapy for neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ couples, and individuals healing from relational trauma using a decolonial lens. My approach integrates somatic practices, depth work, and nervous system regulation while challenging dominant narratives about 'healthy' relationships. I specialize in counseling LGBTQ+ individuals, HSPs, neurodivergent teens and young adults, and mixed-neurotype couples. My practice focuses on emotional understanding, identity exploration, and relational dynamics. I offer a space where your sensory needs are accommodated and relationship structures are respected. Healing happens when you're truly seen in all your complexity.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that the personal is political and every lived experience encompasses multiple identities impacted by social and cultural contexts. In my practice, I integrate discussions of systemic oppression as these factors cannot be overlooked when understanding individual struggles. My decolonizing practice honors ancestral wisdom and intergenerational patterns while challenging dominant Western therapeutic models that often pathologize cultural differences and neurodivergence. I approach healing through a feminist, anti-oppressive lens. I recognize that individual change within therapy will be impeded if larger systems remain unchanged. My role extends into therapeutic advocacy through continuous learning, providing resources, and challenging -isms. I am a lifelong student: trauma-informed, actively anti-racist, culturally humble, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodivergent affirming. Healing happens when you're no longer asked to fragment yourself.
